Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

✔ Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-returnable items:

How to Request a Return or Refund

2. Await Approval

Our support team will respond within 2 business days with:

  • Return instructions

  • The correct return address

⚠ Returns sent without approval cannot be accepted.

3. Return the Item

  • Pack products safely in original packaging

  • Ship using a reliable courier service

  • Email us the tracking number once dispatched


Important Notes

⚠ Do not return products to the sender address on the parcel — returns sent to the wrong address will be rejected.
⚠ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
⚠ Items returned damaged, incomplete, or without original packaging may not qualify for refund.


Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected (within 3 business days), your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Once confirmed, we will send a free replacement and cover return shipping
